I live in Canada, and I wonder how the small company freight ATMs work, work? I want to start in this sector. I suspect that you have
1. Buy (or rent) the gate
2. Things, the cash --
3. Signing a contract with a security company to fill the ATM from time to time.

I have no experience in Canada, but I can tell how an American company would be initiated. I do not know whether it is differences in a Canadian company. First we will start with a corresponding list of the To-Do.
