Recovery factors in GC? - gc syringe
Hello someone can help me, it makes me crazy
I did a test using an internal standard (RMM 298.5) 1 ml of 50 mg / ml was in the beginning. through all the different processes of saponification and TLC etc. 1UL GC sample is taken. Composed by the rules of the SI off at 0, 0.01 mm, 0.025 mm, 0.05 mm, 0.10 mm and 0.2 mm, and ran GC 1UL size of the syringe. The calibration curves and found that the concentration is in my sample up to 0.02 mm. How do I calculate the recovery factor? I know RF = FR (added) s (again), but the volume or mass, can I use? 1 ml or 1UL?
Thank you, further information on request
