Taping To Vcr With Digital Cable VCR And Digital Cable?

VCR and Digital Cable? - taping to vcr with digital cable

I have digital cable a few days ago and now when you try to save something on my recorder, I see only a blurred image. I called customer service I was told that my decoder is set to 4, and work the VCR and cable box must be on the same frequency. I know the video is set to 3, because before I had digital cable TV to 3, a band or see something on the record. They said it should be a switch on the back to change the frequency, but its not. Is there anything I can do? Has anyone an idea? They think you should just buy a new burner with a combo DVD? HELP!

even if you bought a new, that they would have to be configured.

What this means is the cable box is on Channel 4

used to turn the VCR on Channel 3-TV trial, 3, so you can see the VCR menu

Therefore, if you watch Channel 3 in the video menu, a selection of search parameters to modify the output, 4-channel and no change in the back.

Well, if it works, try the TV, VCR 4 to view the menu, as said the man. Then the video channels will have to turn the channel 4 for the converter. Remove the channel 3 of the library.

Now need to record and play on Channel 4 in the converter box

Make sure the VCR is connected correctly, too - a lot of chaos, such as cable technicians. Go to the cable from the wall to the cable box "in" - the cable box from the recorder must be "in" - and the video "with" needs to go on television. If the video "before" the cable box is not connected, then no matter what channel it is!

In addition, the video should be set to record on channel 3 and the cable box have to listen hard. You can not make the video for the channel you want to save, because the cable will be the control of the channels now.

Good luck.
